    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Clark-Reliance (Strongsville, OH)

    Interview

They are very thorough and by-the-book with their interview process. I had to interview with 6-8 people. Most interviews were really easy, just small talk with some of the people in your department and upper management.
    Interview

The Director of Marketing always asks the same question at the end of his interview: "If you could have a fireside chat with one person, dead or alive, who would it be".
