I have been working at Clarkmorgan Corporate Training full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

If you like to grow, be pushed, and 'evolve', then ClarkMorgan is the company for you. They have a culture of developing their staff and if you are keen to learn then you will enjoy working here. This is true for sales and admin as much as for trainers.

The company continues to adapt to the market, and has new products launched each year. This keeps working here exciting.

The company has very strong values, namely R.E.D.S. This stands for 'Respect', 'Energy', 'Dynamism', and 'Synergy', and staff are rewarded for following this culture.

    Cons

Some staff who are slow to grow, or have had difficulties adapting to this culture.

    Advice to Management

Be a bit more patient with some staff who are slow to 'evolve'.
