I have been working at ClassPass full-time (Less than a year)
Honestly - no job is perfect, but this one is pretty f'n great! Great benefits, that include fully paid insurance, 20 days of vacation, company equity (FOR EVERY EMPLOYEE), ClassPass Membership, travel and office swap opportunities, Bar Cart, fully stocked kitchen with snacks etc.. So what you have to come in and WORK, but co-workers in Missoula are all easy to get along with and helpful.
It's a big, growing company, the opportunities here are going to be what you make of them.
Advice to Management
The more you can get to know your employees, the better you will be able to leverage their skills.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at ClassPass (New York, NY) in December 2017.
Initial screening phone call took 30min.
Technical interview was 60 min. They asked a dynamic programming problem, about summing integers on a list first by pairs, and then by triplets.
Interviewer seemed nice. I️ walked away thinking I️ had done well.
No offer, no feedback, my recruiter told me that they decided to pass about 2 weeks later.
