I have been working at Clayton Industries full-time (More than a year)
The job allows you lots of freedom to make your own schedule. You drive the company truck home everyday so there's no paying for your commute to work ever. New company laptop, they pay for your phone bill. Do your job well and you can do basically whatever you want.
Company is not growing, but rather stagnant. High turn over rate of technicians. Pay is low for high cost of living states. Companies technology with service orders is still paper, needs to be updated and digitized.
Advice to Management
Increase wages to retain emplyees
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Clayton Industries (San Diego, CA) in December 2013.
Two interviews, process went quickly, and so did the offer. The first interview was conducted by a head hunting firm placing veterans with companies. I had 5 or 6 interviews that day, I took a tour of the facility a week later and was interviewed again with HR present. A few days later I was offered the job and I accepted.
