I worked at Clear Channel Outdoor full-time (More than 5 years)
The company gave me numerous opportunities to master sales skills - training, mentorship.
Also gave me the autonomy that was needed to work independently to realize how I work the best and most productivey, and to realize purpose beyond salary with no ceiling and no floor.
Nice family-like environment.
When I worked there, there was not enough effort in our marketing department to truly support sales department, push social media, etc. I believe there have been efforts to change that since I had left the company.
Advice to Management
The company might want to change xmas party culture and make it more exciting outside of the business floors.
Also, efforts of junior AEs to pursue new business should be appreciated more and put above AEs who get business mostly through agencies.
I applied online. I interviewed at Clear Channel Outdoor (New York, NY) in June 2017.
I met with the hiring leader and the SVP. It was formal an informative. We met in the Times Square conference room, which was a conducive environment for the interview.
