    Pros

Empowerment, flexibility and pride of ownership.

    Cons

Complete lack of career path management. Little to no communication. A European HQ that is disconnected from the rest of the regional business units.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate, care, be realistic.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Clear2Pay (Diegem (Belgium)) in February 2013.

    Interview

3 Interviews, starting from an HR interview a technical interview and an interview with the Director. The HR department is one of the rudest HRs i have seen. The people interviewing are just ruining the image of the company. In an environment with low unemployment these people will not be able to hire any decent professional.

    Interview Questions

    • The HR asked me for my current salary and i told them. At the end of the 3rd interview they asked me to sent them my payslip to verify my salary. I considered it extremely impolite.   Answer Question
