    Pros

    Reasonable on-the-job Training, operations spread across silos, great exposure to everything Microsoft. Diverse portfolio of clients to support. Good Work/Life balance, especially in retrospect from my current job.

    Cons

    Confusing Management structure. Account Executives promise the sun, moon, and stars to clients, despite there being no way to do what they promised. Company seemed to be cutting costs and pumping revenue in order to sell, though this plan seems to have gone by the wayside since I left.

    Advice to Management

    Fix the broken culture of sales dictating operations. Increase employee compensation. Pay was dependent on experience and how much you asked for, provided it was reasonably close to local average.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at ClearPointe (Little Rock, AR).

    Interview

    The process was very straight forward for me. It was not the case for others that I observed. My processing took about a month. Others had 6-8 interviews. There was also a habit of telling candidates they liked them and would call in 3-5 days. However they would often forget to call.
