- The feedback loop fails to include any safeguarding for employees receiving the commentary. I’m aware it has recently changed but there appears go be an internal appetite to allow ‘favourites’ toAdvice to Management

Interview
Initial HR screening went well.
Was due to have a technical and competency based interview and meet the time, however they cancelled it the morning of the interview with no follow up email, had to email the senior talent partner at the time of interview for me to receive an email the next morning to say that the hiring manager cancelled because they offered the role to a candidate, she then said that I should have received an email to say the interview was cancelled… it wasn’t an email it was just a notification
