Sarah Lim, Enterprise Account Executive

Sarah is a true fan of the Golden State Warriors and also happens to be one of the top sales warriors here at ClearSlide. Sarah has been with the company since January 2014 and reached Excellence Club her first quarter on the sales floor and proved to be an all-star for the remainder of the 2015 fiscal year.

Sarah got her start in Sales in college, through an entrepreneurial program - running a small paint business. She would generate leads to schedule estimates, sell residential exterior paint jobs, hire the crews, buy the equipment, and manage the customer experience.

It was through the experience of this program Sarah discovered she excelled at building relationships with customers and bringing in business. Although she knows how to close deals, when asked what she likes to do outside of absolutely crushing her number, Sarah replied "travel, eat and be in good company. Also #DubNation forever."

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ClearSlide in February 2016.

    Interview

A month after applying, I received a coding challenge on HackerRank that consisted of four questions. The time limit was about two hours or a bit less, which was about the right amount required to solve them. Then the recruiter scheduled a phone interview with two software engineers in which I had to implement a data structure. They specifically required that the code should compile and run without errors.
