I worked at Clearbrook Agency part-time (Less than a year)
Got to set a schedule that worked around my needs.
The "timesheet" is easy omce you get it.
Supervisor was avalible, when needed.
Low pay, but it was a first job.
The minimum requirement seem a little too high in my opinion.
Was a little disappointed with other supervisors when mine was unavailable.
Advice to Management
I had no complaints. Case load was pretty simple. Had the chance to work with a great individual. Supervisor was very helpful.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clearbrook Agency (Arlington Heights, IL) in October 2016.
Very drawn out process. I applied online with a cover letter and resume, then had a phone interview/screening where the hiring manager tried to sell me on a position that was open in a day program. I didn't feel like it was an exact fit, but went in for an interview anyway. In-person interview was very corporate and felt like I was applying at a temp agency. Then I was sent to a site to interview again. Lots of running around and very little pay offered for a job I don't see advancement in, so I said no.
Reasons for Declining
Very low pay for a job with no advancement that was irrelevant to my skillset/long-term goals. Made this known multiple times and was repeatedly ignored.
