I worked at Cleveland Browns full-time

    Pros

Great fan base. Interesting office culture (mix of sports and business).

    Cons

Not open to new ideas. Work long hours/weekends (part of working in sports). Departments don't communicate enough/separated Stadium and Berea.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cleveland Browns in May 2016.

    Interview

Applied online, set up an initial phone interview. The position and its responsibilities were described by my interviewer and then I was asked a few very basic questions about my resume. The phone interview was very short and was meant to serve as the precursor to a follow-up interview. I have not received a call for a follow up; I was not interested after the pay rate was explained to me.
