I applied online. I interviewed at ClickUp (United States)

    Interview

Applied online and then didn't hear anything for over 3 months. Initial Screen: Recruiter seemed very nice, answered questions about company and was positive throughout. Salary range was provided, above average for industry. Next round was scheduled very quickly. Team Lead: Again nice and professional, main part was describing creative process. He also asked about preferences for work life balance. Surprised that there didn't seem to be any in depth questions about projects and not much interest in discussing creative likes/dislikes. Got a bit of a bro culture vibe. Next step would have been meeting creative director but got a rejection email about a week later.
