micro managed; no recognition; favoritism; low wages; no trust between other departments; looked down upon depending on which team your in;
Advice to Management
recognize employees who are trying to grow within the company and do not just promote someone because you guys are friends; create a better work environment through a more diverse workplace; pay your employees competitively;
I applied online. I interviewed at Client Network Services (Baltimore, MD) in December 2017.
I don't feel it like an interview process. How do you test a person's knowledge on the questions like this, who works on development work daily. No sponsorship this year.
