I worked at Cliftons part-time
Some decent coworkers
In city centre
No training or advancement opportunities
Bad hours and pay
Advice to Management
Train employees better
Offer better wages and benefits
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Cliftons (Sydney (Australia)) in December 2016.
- Applied on a Monday online
- Call on Wednesday asking to come in for a face-face interview. Done via HR. Very straight to the point and simply asked if i was interested. No small talk whatsoever.
- Met with a lead and a Senior Manager. Nice enough people. Asked me mix of cultural and technical questions.
- Advertised a support role, but is more so an AV Tech Support. Job Ad was slightly misleading.
Wasn't happy with the misleading role JD, or lack of human interaction. Getting the interview when i got the original call lasted literally 1 minute asking if i applied, if i wanted an interview, and sorted a time. Felt like a very robotic process.
No offer, no call back, no feedback.
