This company is more committed to providing a powerful & supportive culture than any I've seen. It shows in the way people interact to deliver top-notch solutions to the client base. They constantly strive to over-achieve by doing the hard work of discovering what's needed, not just what's wanted/requested.
On a relatively small number of occasions the culture gets in the way of holding individuals accountable for performance that doesn't meet promises/goals.
Advice to Management
Bring the tough love when needed, as in the 'con' that is listed above. Other than that - keep up the good work!

Excellent cultural interview process, this company makes sure you are a good fit before bringing you in. They are very protective of their culture and don't want to hire anyone with the wrong attitude.
