    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Clinical Behavior Analysis (United States)

    Interview

I applied on Indeed. The executive business development director, Steve Foreman, emailed me about the job and asked if I was available for a phone call. During the call, he discussed the job position and details about the company. I was then scheduled an in-person interview at their Louisville office. The interview felt intimidating at the beginning with two people interviewing me, but I appreciated the thoroughness in how they truly wanted to get to know me.
    Interview

I was asked scenario questions (how to approach difficult situations or challenging clients) and questions related to my experience on my resume.
