    Pros

The core group of employees make this a great place to work. Most truly are focused on the mission: to impact the lives of mothers and babies around the world. Lots of opportunities to make a difference in a fast changing company. Size of company allows dedicated contributors to make a difference.

    Cons

Rapid growth and changing industry standards have led to significant pressures to build the company's infrastructure. Change is never easy and the pressure to perform is real, thus not for everyone. Be prepared to work hard.

    Advice to Management

Be transparent in your purpose and values for the company. Remember that we owe mothers and babies as much attention and focus as we do our owners. Don't lose site of the mission in your drive to create value for shareholders.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Clinical Innovations (San Diego, CA) in April 2011.

    Interview

Pleasant and generic. Nothing to complain about. I'd say you get a sense that it's a great company to work for. Credentialing takes a while, but this may not be their fault.

    Interview Questions

    • Basic questions as to experience and desire on job. Very short Q and A.   Answer Question
