Interview
First was screening, second was one way interview and third was with the hiring manager. I completed all 3 and was told I was a great candidate. Then had some radio silence in which I reached out to ask what was going on to be told that the position was going to be held indefinitely because of internal changes. Fast forward and I saw the role was posted again and was encouraged to reapply. I reached out to the people I interviewed with and heard nothing back except for an automated rejection email after already going through 3 rounds of interviews.InterviewWhat do I look for in a team?
