Flexible schedule, car allowance, yearly meetings, client freebies, home office , company phone and lap top, no weekends , easy reports, ability to be creative, lots of recognizing good work
Long hours on the road, no room for advancement , religious prayer at meetings, no bonus, favoritism of employees, no room for advancement, micro managing after company changed structure, very little raises, management had no idea of the work entailed that they were asking their employees to do.
Advice to Management
Trust the people you hire. Stop playing favorites. Stop praying at meetings, go out and work a day in the life , award employees yearly raises.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Club Marketing Services (Oklahoma City, OK) in October 2015.
Met with the managers at a major hotel on my lunch break. They were at a large table right up front in the lobby. It was very relaxed and non-intimidating. They were very nice and professional. They asked me many questions about my experience and It took just over an hour.
