I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Co-operative Bank.
Standard cookie cutter bank interview. Nothing exciting or interesting. For some reason the Area Manager was there and they used complicated jargon that I would have no idea what it meant had I not asked. They gave me roleplay information to see how I'd perform but game me a Personal Bankers scenario when all I needed to tell them was "I'll book an appointment for you, thanks."
