What’s the best way to have a lack of compensation and incentive conversation in your department? I went above and beyond for years doing extra work, organizations etc and nothing has been reflected in pay. I thought my 5 year was going to finally show something but it did not. I’ve inquired about pay but it’s gotten nowhere.

InterviewVery thorough and descriptive process. Lasted about an hour and I was asked a ton of questions including scenarios and how I would act in this situation. I was also asked to define different types of products to test my knowledge. The manager and assistant manager were very easy to talk to. I was told the process leading up to whether I would get an offer would take a few weeks.
