Introducing “Give A Little Love,” our fully immersive Holiday installation in Malaysia’s premier shopping destination, Pavillion Kuala Lumpur! Inspired by a winter park in New York City, the installation features a snowy landscape full of Coach creatures, a magical tunnel of twinkling lights along the park’s arch, and a festive holiday tree in the center. Thanks to our teams for putting together our biggest installation to date, and for the magic and playfulness it inspires! #lifeatcoach

Pros

Coach has lots of tools to help you learn about the company, the product, different sales techniques, etc. They really care about their employees, and treat you like real people! They have great

Cons

Not many that I can think of. You do have to meet sales goals pretty regularly, follow up with customers a lot which can feel pushy but not nearly as bad as other companies that I have worked for.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Coach (United States)

    Interview

The recruiter emailed me and asked questions via email before getting on a call. Typically, in my experience with recruiters, they discuss these types of questions via phone conversation. After I answered the questions via email, the recruiter asked to set up a time to chat that same afternoon (Friday afternoon) or first thing Monday morning. I confirmed that same afternoon, but the recruiter never called me or messaged me that day. They later emailed me on Monday saying their day went in a different direction.

After I sent updated availability and the recruiter realized I was on the WC, not EC, they asked if I was open to relocating. I replied that I was hoping to discuss via phone the openness on remote work, given the hybrid option. The recruiter never replied.
    Interview

Never made it to the interview, because the recruiter ghosted me.
