    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Coastal Credit (Orange Park, FL) in May 2012.

    Interview

Came in for onsite interview with the branch manager and collections manager. The branch manager told the history of the company. She then went over my resume asked basic questions about my time at each. She then went in to a few basic interview questions. They thanked me for my time and by the time i got home had a call back.

    Interview Questions

    • What do you do with a disgruntled dealer?   2 Answers

    Negotiation

Demand a higher starting salary. The annual raises were not enough to get me up to the salary i was worth.
