    Customer Service Manager Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Coats North America (Charlotte, NC) in February 2016.

    Interview

Phone screening with recruiter. In person lengthy interview with 4 people, 2 at a time. Questions were behavioral based and straight forward in the first part of the interview. When the HR manager came in the questions became more cryptic and off the wall. The HR generalist asked typical situational based questions.
