I have been working at Coats North America (More than 10 years)
good pay .good supervision.reliable work
supervision changes at the drop of a hat not always a good thing.
Advice to Management
learn to recognize the employees that go above and beyond and always give 100%
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Coats North America (Charlotte, NC) in February 2016.
Phone screening with recruiter. In person lengthy interview with 4 people, 2 at a time. Questions were behavioral based and straight forward in the first part of the interview. When the HR manager came in the questions became more cryptic and off the wall. The HR generalist asked typical situational based questions.
