    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Cobb-Vantress (Siloam Springs, AR) in March 2016.

    Interview

The process took about 1 month and 1 week from when I applied online! First there was a phone Screen, and because I live in another state there was a phone interview with 5 people (one of them HR and the other 4 Microbiologists), and lastly they flew me to Arkansas to visit the site and meet everyone. They asked a lot of behavioral questions and no questions about my skills. During the site visit I got a fish tank tour of the different lab sections. Overall my interview experience was okay. HR Manager and HR Recruiter were very nice throughout the process, and accommodating as well!

There was no negotiation and they start everyone out at the same rate - it didn't matter that I had way more education than the minimum required, that my references were beaming, or that I have a ample experience. And they didn't offer relocation, which wasn't a problem.
