Really fun product to be a part of (food delivery and robots). Fast paced environment. Lots always happening around the office and constant opportunity to learn from leaders in different parts of the org. Customer first and product first company that really focuses on solving problems rather than engineering for the sake of engineering.
Cons
You are given opportunity to own metrics / goals which places a lot of responsibility on you. Expected to work hard, hit your numbers, and create a lot of your own structure, which is probably typical for a startup, but not for everyone.

...Payroll never correctly done and had to be corrected every two weeks this eventually was fixed, no benefits as an employee pilot here you get a wage and a 401k program you can contribute to (it’s just a vanguard index fund go do it yourself easier), weird working hours, not enough pay or hours, outsourced US biased jobs, very little room for error or tech issues that stop you from doing work....
