I worked at Coco Juku (More than 3 years)
Get paid on time.
Good starter job if you want to go to Japan.
Get to meet a lot of new people.
Upper management does not know want they are doing. (they do not know any about the education businessmen)
Too few vacations and days off.
You are replaceable.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Coco Juku (Orlando, FL) in January 2016.
I applied online, and within 3 days they e-mailed me asking to set up an online skype interview with an employee from Japan. The interview was very short, about 30 minutes tops. Very easy... barely felt like an interview. No grammar questions, no discussion of my experience. They skype you from Japan, which for me was 14 hours ahead, so I had to do the interview at night. They got back to me about the interview very quickly- first asking for a copy of my degree and passport, then asking for 2 contacts with business e-mails. They then quickly sent my contacts a questionnaire. The second week they e-mailed me informing me they were interested in hiring me, and giving me more details about my job.
