For employees in the Boston office, it can be a weird balance between remote/in-person relationships. I never felt disconnected from either, but it took a while to get used to
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Codeship (Boston, MA) in August 2016.
We mostly met via several one-on-one Google Hangouts. Every person that I talked to was very friendly and professional. I was very impressed at how each person really took the time to talk, answer your questions, and listen to you. You don't feel like you're just a number, or that they're trying to rush through and finish the interview so they can get one with their day.
