Technical training/cross training programs
Over the past several years, our customers have relied on our ability to deliver high end technological solutions for their existing and upcoming business needs. COGENT has made substantial investments in setting up a dedicated In-house training facility at our Pittsburgh location. The training facility comprises State-of-the-Art infrastructure comprising latest hardware, software, training material, on-line learning portal etc. Training is imparted by an in-house technical trainer on latest technologies.
This training is imparted at no cost to the employees. Lodging, boarding, transportation, training materials, laptops etc. are also provided at no cost to the employees.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cogent Infotech Corp (Chicago, IL) in September 2016.
I am in the first round phone interview. They required me to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA. And the 2 month training would begin on late October. After that the clients may hire you from them. It may ask you relocate twice per year. For the H1B, they can sponsor you when you go there.
