Any advice on working with art directors on concepting for TV spots? I try my best to be collaborative but my art director has no real handle on how to tell a story in 15 or 30 seconds. He throws out ideas that are either very over-complicated or so abstract that they can’t feasibly be made into a coherent spot. He’s very good at mood boarding and on production—but virtually no help in the concept stage.

In your view, what's the bar for ML sentience? Online learning is not only possible but actively practiced, and generative models can now talk about feelings and output coherent opinion statements. Taken together, they can learn and can change their understanding of what is true and right. At least in theory, there's nothing preventing us from deploying a model to "think" continuously. To talk to itself and adapt. And at that point: cogito ergo sum?

Does anyone have any advice on what dating apps to use to find long term potential dates? Somehow, I feel like in the past month or so I have had no luck with even having coherent conversations with people I might be interested in. I’m a 28 year old gay man in London if that matters. For context, I was out of it for a while because of recruitment, but now trying to get back into it. Maybe I’m putting out too desperate of an energy?
