Experienced professionals

There are some skills that can only be developed through experience: the ability to see hidden insights, anticipate problems, inspire trust and mentor others. These are the qualities that our clients expect from us, and this is why CohnReznick places a high value on the talents of experienced professionals.

We believe that outstanding professionals who have worked in a different environment bring great value to our firm, offering experience and new ideas that make us stronger. As you look to move ahead in your career, we hope that you'll keep us in mind.  Giving our people new challenges and opportunities in their careers, and rewarding them for their efforts, is what keeps CohnReznick moving forward in a continually changing accounting industry.

College/University Students

A career in public accounting has never been more dynamic and full of possibilities.

CohnReznick is one of the top accounting, tax and advisory firms in the United States—large enough to be at the top of the profession, but not so large that you get lost in the crowd. At CohnReznick, we invest heavily in our new associates, providing them with the assignments and professional development that quickly broaden skills. You'll take responsibility for your work while gaining hands-on experience from our senior staff and leaders.

Every year, we visit campuses across the country looking for forward-thinking interns and entry-level associates to join our team.

Interns: You will learn by doing real work on real engagements. And you’ll have the opportunity to do client work in growing industries like renewable energy, technology, life sciences and real estate.

Entry Level Associates: Forward thinking means getting ahead. When it comes to our associates, we manage to the ideal that the best people like to get started, move ahead based on their abilities and get to the top quickly. That’s why we spend a lot of time helping them get there. Our comprehensive training and leadership programs teach the critical skills our people need to take their careers where they want to go.

Benefits and Healthcare

Helping our people maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life, while opening new avenues for growth and career development, is fundamental to our culture. That’s why we offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package designed to make work life more satisfying, keep them healthy, and address their personal needs.

Our benefits package includes robust and highly competitive health and welfare programs. In addition, we offer:

• 20-35 days of PTO (Paid Time Off) depending on level and tenure

• Nine paid holidays

• Matching 401k plan

• CPA prep course discounts and a CPA completion bonus

• Internal and external training

• Business casual dress

• Flexible scheduling options

• Extensive community and charitable involvement

• Departmental retreats

• Social and corporate activities

• Fitness facility discounts (not available at all locations)

Women Professionals at CohnReznick

As women have made up the majority of accountants in the United States for many years, if you are committed to building one of the best accounting firms in the country, you must also be committed to attracting, retaining, and advancing the best women in our industry. And at CohnReznick, we are.

Actively recruiting women at both the entry-level and experienced professional levels is just the beginning. We invest in their long-term development through our women’s network, WomenCAN: A Collaborative Advocacy Network for Women. This program provides access to mentors, roundtable discussions with firm partners, leadership development courses and other professional growth opportunities that help keep CohnReznick women on the partner track.

We also provide networking opportunities by hosting events for women in the business community. Our Executive Women's Forum (EWF) strives to enrich the careers and expand the business opportunities for female leaders across the country through panel discussions, industry-related activities, and an annual golf event.

As a result of our efforts, we've been recognized for the work environment we provide to women. We will continue to stay focused on empowering women, which ultimately improves the quality of the firm and the value we bring to our clients.

Diversity and Inclusion

At CohnReznick, we know that promoting a diverse environment isn't just the right thing to do—it makes us better at what we do.

Professionals from different backgrounds and perspectives come to CohnReznick because they know their contributions will be a welcomed part of our community.  Together, we are moving forward to meet client challenges, grow our firm and learn from each other.

First round they came to campus and I spoke with a representative from HR. When I returned for the second round, there was an interview with another HR representative, as well as a senior staff member and manager. There was a tour as well from two staff. Overall, everyone was nice.
