I have been working at CohnReznick full-time (More than a year)
Lots of PTOs (4 weeks at first year associate), Spacious cubes (big NO to hoteling), flexible schedule and supportive management. The WomenCan program, the sponsorship program, the mentoring and buddy system... the company wants you to succeed and is there every step of the way to help you achieve your goal!
Pay is about industrial average, client needs to be more diversified.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CohnReznick (Hempstead, NY) in March 2018.
Applied through university's career portal. Was invited for an on campus interview with the recruiter. Interview was fairly straight-forward, with questions about myself, why accounting and a few behavioral questions. The interviewer also was interested in knowing why I applied to their program.
