Expect to work long hours.
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Colgate-Palmolive (Remote, OR).
Holy cow! This is the slowest process that I've seen. I submitted my application in august, received an invitation for intake in September, second interview in early October, and rejection notice by the end of October.
The interview questions were nothing new - standard HR questions. But what was unique was that all the interviews were video-based. The intake interview was a recorded event. The questions were predictable and you logged into a third-party site where you recorded responses to canned questions. You have two chances to answer each question and 30 seconds to prepare.
If you do this, be sure to use Google chrome. I found Firefox to be glitchy and talked to tech support ... they said chrome works best.
