Two interviews over their secure contact system. One with COO and the second was with someone else that had the same job role. The interviews themselves were nice and relaxed and I enjoyed this process. The negative from my experience came from not having any feedback for almost a month after chasing. It felt like they didn't care and as the second interview seemed to go very well, it was unexpected for the process to stop in this way. Had I received feedback promptly and not been effectively ghosted, the experience would have been positive.InterviewWhat is your experience with performance reviews and supporting development plans?
