All represent the College Pro brand, so we are particular about who is selected, and very supportive of those we choose; coaching, training and mentoring you every step of the way as you run your businesses.
As a College Pro entrepreneur, you are your own boss. You manage a territory, and, while doing so, are completely responsible for all aspects of YOUR business. College Pro is there for training, support and mentorship, but ultimately, this is your deal – what you put in is what you get out!!

Your training begins in the classroom where we introduce the theory, and some practical examples, through various training sessions that occur mostly on the weekends in the winter months. We believe for the skills we train to really sink in, it requires a personal touch, some real experience, and continual follow-up. Once the skills have been introduced, they are instilled in numerous in-field coaching events.
Once you're a member of the College Pro team, you've got opportunities for advancement, and fast. Cultivate your skills in your business while studying, then move into our full-time staff upon graduation.
Our average full-time team member is promoted after successful completion of 2-3 years as a franchise owner.

Is College Pro the summer job for you? Whether you're a student, recent grads or new entrepreneurs? We think so! We live by the motto: Work Hard, Play Hard, and do everything we can to include everybody on the team in that experience.
One of our largest events unfolds in the first week of January every year. We come together, from across North America, for our Entrepreneur Summit (skill conference) and our President's Award Banquet (celebration). In the past this event has taken place in Orlando, Bahamas, Las Vegas, San Diego and most recently New Orleans.
Throughout the entire process, at most training sessions and multiple times through the spring and summer, College Pro has social events that range from house painter and window cleaning team socials, to Franchisee Weekend Celebration events.

Interview process extended several days and was conducted through multiple interviews. They definitely want to vet you to make sure you are prepared and can handle an advanced summer internship/job. The stress and pressures are real so they want to know your true self during the interview process.
