I really can't think of any cons. The office parking is crowded.
Advice to Management
Take time and get to know what different departments do. Right down to the low man on the totem pole.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at CollegeAmerica (Phoenix, AZ).
They were looking for a work study. I was picked and asked if I would like the position. There was no interview process. After I graduated, I was hired on full time.
