I have been working at Colonnade Hotel part-time (Less than a year)
The views, great tips, flexible hours, great summer job. this is an excellent place to work for college kids looking to make some cash in the summer.
Disorganized management at times led to some issues with understaffing-which meant i got more pay but was swamped with work and tons of customers
Advice to Management
The main problem was keeping people staffed for the whole summer. I think the job fell short of some people's expectations and they left, which meant we were really understaffed
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Colonnade Hotel (Boston, MA).
I did think the interview process was organized but the people who interviewed was unorganized. They emailed you and called you and saw you in person. It was similar to what other hotels do their interview process.
