Good people, hard working. I think the CEO is a good person and doing her best.
Things fell apart. Software delivery model (the way we make money) was not realistic enough. Big customers able to hold company hostage with endless requirements changes.
Advice to Management
Use a professional services model. Sell the software for half price. Charge consulting fees for support and customization.
