I have been working at Colorado Mountain College full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great place to work! Good faculty and staff and interesting academic program areas. Excellent benefits package.

    Cons

Compensation is on the low side, and the mountain areas where CMC is located have a high cost of living.

    Advice to Management

Keep salaries competitive to attract and retain the best people.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Colorado Mountain College.

    Interview

My first interview was a phone interview. There were about 5 people on the line with me on the speaker phone. The second interview was with 5 people. It felt like an interogation meeting. I had never had an interview before that involved so many people. I had studied the top ten most common interview questions and none of them were asked. I can't remember exactly what questions were asked but they were more situational.
