I have been working at Colorado Technical University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I believe the culture is starting to grow with fun and interesting people, I have personally never had management as relaxed and care free, just make sure you actually work. There are a lot of opportunities for growth and considering I only worked here a year and a half have been promoted should help substantiate that. The company takes care of its employees, and as most things it’s typically the people fired or with negative attitudes that post on these sites, which bothers me because the people who actually enjoy the work and don’t have a problem are writing reviews. For any potential candidate looking for a exciting growing company I encourage you join the CTU Family #CTUstrong. Plus they give free school!!

    Cons

It has cubicles, which I believe prohibit communication, knock the walls down. But there’s nothing I can do about that except get used to it

    Advice to Management

    Keep being supportive and great

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Colorado Technical University (Schaumburg, IL) in February 2015.

    Interview

Interviewed with one of the directors, shadowed a senior representative and interviewed with another director. The interview consisted your typical "What would you do if....?" questions. If you have a sales or are customer service savy answering the questions should be a breeze
