I worked at Colorado Time Systems full-time

    Pros

Great Benefits, Hours are reasonable, if you are willing to work hard and consistently then you will go far here.

    Cons

Turnovers happen often, production mostly hires temps so don't expect to get a full time hire, in my experience there is no training. . . at all. Recent college grads beware, they expect that you know everything about industry by the time you graduate.

    Advice to Management

Give your employees proper training for their position. Do some research on where your employee is coming from to meet them half way.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Colorado Time Systems (Loveland, CO) in November 2013.

    Interview

Interview Process was very typical, you meet with the person who will be supervising you and they reviewed your skills from your resume. They did not ask specific questions as much as they just talked about your experience and how you acquired your skills.
