I worked at Colorvision full-time (More than 5 years)
I worked for Colorvision for 5 years inside Universal Studios and Island of Adventure. I loved the atmosphere and the customer service experience I gained. Dealing with happy guest and learning how to be patient with not so happy guest. You learn a lot about yourself and grow as a person.
You have to get lucky with manager that run your store. They promote associates that want to be managers but do not have the proper work ethics to do so. Your store will be filled with people and all the associates will be working their butts off while your manager is behind the computer looking up shoes and clothes on Amazon.
Advice to Management
Watch your managers properly, actually look at their computers. Many managers will turn off team view on purpose so they will not get caught. Make a small personal sales goal for managers too, that way their spark does fade and become a "Boss" and not a leader.

After that I was asked specific technology question . Finally The position was described in detail to me.
