I worked at Columbia Analytical Services full-time (Less than a year)
Employee-owned company where everyone had a say and a vested interest in the company doing well. The better the company did, the better the employee did.
Eventually sold to a larger, global company. After the sale, everyone was treated more like a number than an actual person.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Columbia Analytical Services in October 2010.
The hiring process is not very complicated, they basically want to know that you have basic understanding of the postion you applied for and experience. Depending on their desperation to fill a position, it is really not a stressful process.
They are very cheap and would pay you absolutely nothing if you allowed them to do so. Negotiate as much as you can. Let them know what you are looking to receive for compensation and make sure you ask for a little more than what you are willing to take and work your way down from there. The only people that really make any money are Project Managers, Sales and Salaried employees.
