    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Columbia Hospitality (Seattle, WA) in June 2017.

    Interview

I applied online in January, then called the local General Manager to follow up. After a couple of phone calls, the GM scheduled an interview in February, which went superbly well. After that was a phone interview with Director of Sales, that also went well. On follow up, I was informed an internal candidate had been selected.

About a month later, I heard the new hire had already resigned to pursue other employment, so I called the GM again to inquire. After several calls, I was informed that another internal candidate had been hired.

About a week later, I heard the 2nd hire had vacated the position. I called the GM to follow up and an in-person interview was arranged with the DOS.

Finally received an offer in June, asking me to start the next week.
