I worked at Columbia International University part-time (More than a year)
Facilitated personal growth in field and was calm and relaxed. Bosses were very friendly and willing to help out whenever possible. There were possibilities for some advancement but those positions quickly dissolved due to funding.
The work was a bore because it was repetitive grunt work because that was the nature of my entry level positions. I left only because I received a better paying offer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Columbia International University (Columbia, SC).
It was lengthy and had about three different phases to it. It went through multiple interviews that had to be signed of on. Once the interviews happened the offer happened quick. It took forever till we actually GOT an interview.
