I applied online. I interviewed at ComArch (New York, NY) in October 2017.
Invited to an interview with the Director of Administration and Operations and the Controlling Manager. I first interviewed with the Controlling Manager for around 15-20 minutes and then with the Director of Administration and Operations for around 30 minutes. The Director of Administration and Operations was pleasant and bubbly. I get an e-mail the day after the interview for an interview with the CEO of ComArch, Inc. The interview, which was on a Monday, with the CEO lasted about 30 minutes. He said he was satisfied with me and that an e-mail asking for my references would be sent the next day. He said that the hiring decision would be made by the end of the week. I never got an e-mail asking for my references. In fact, they fell off the face of the earth. I haven't heard from anyone since the interview with the CEO. I understand if they have found a candidate that is a better fit for the job and for the company, but a simple e-mail stating that the position has been filled and that they wish me luck would have been nice and considerate.
