I have been working at Comark full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great place to learn and grow. Small company with big company benefits. Awesome brand/product; no shame in selling it. Customers pick up the phone/like working with you. Sales management is helpful and transparent. Comark is an engineering company so there are some very smart people around. Little to no workplace gossip/drama. Roles are clearly defined and it's expected that everybody will pull their weight.

    Cons

Roles are clearly defined and it's expected that everybody will pull their weight. It's not necessarily a con, but you need to be able to adapt and change constantly to keep up.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Comark.

    Interview

Phone screen and then in-person interviews. ( 3 one on ones) Everyone I spoke with seemed to be sugarcoating the company and the job much more so than I would have expected based on interviews at other companies. (huge red flag)

    Interview Questions

    • How well do you cope with frequent changes? (In retrospect, this should have been a major red flag. The company seems to be shifting strategic direction frequently and without rhyme or reason) They've been owned by a private equity firm for the past several years which suggests to me that the company could be on the market soon.   1 Answer
