I have been working at Comfort Works full-time (More than a year)
-Easy to reach the office by Public transport MRT/Bus.
-Easy to get breakfast/lunch on nearby area.
-Clean & Nice environment inside the office, feel like home.
-Lovely pantry filled with drink/snacks, coffee machine.
-Friendly colleagues & leaders from different country/places.
-Never feel alone while eating lunch in/outside the office, there is always companion.
-Flexible working hour.
-Casual attire from Tuesday to Friday. (Monday Formal)
-Allow us to WFH for our safety during this period.
-Salaries are above average and reasonable salary increment based on your performance.
-Every department have at least an experienced senior to guide you on your work.
-Managed to learn and grow your skills here.
-Work life balanced, reasonable task was assigned due to personal working speed and skills within working hour.
-Relatively small scale company if you ever work on a large corporate.
-Sometime people forget to refill drinks/snack in the fridge and jar, or wash it. :(
Advice to Management
-Keep up the good works.
-Maybe can remove the duty system for cleaning as the people sometime will forgot to clean/refill when they are busy on their work or whatever reason.
-Working remotely can be consider for long term if the quality/quantity of work doesn't fall down.
I applied online. I interviewed at Comfort Works (Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)) in November 2019.
they send you a test with questions about customer service inquiries to answer and about marketing, the test questions are the same since 2017, and the answers to those questions are not going to be taken under consideration since the only purpose is to get ideas to solve their marketing issues.
