    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Commerce Bank of Washington (Seattle, WA) in September 2014.

    Interview

The interview was pretty straightforward. They seemed willing to hire, as long as the applicant was competent. The interviewers (my potential bosses) asked me to walk through my resume with them, and then answered a few general questions. I was then given a tour of the office, and offered a job about a week later.
