    I applied online. I interviewed at CommonSpirit Health (Mesa, AZ) in May 2022

    Interview

    I had two interviews, about two weeks apart from each other. The interviewers were both very nice and I had a positive experience with them. My negative experience was with HR- who was in charge of giving me an offer. They told me they would give me a yes or no answer within a week. When I reached out asking about it, after a week, they told my the person I interviewed with was out on PTO and that they would get back to me the next week. A week and a half later, I reached out again and never got a reply. I obviously did not get the job, but I think it is highly unprofessional when companies don't get back to you or blatantly ignore you. You'd think for a nonprofit healthcare company they'd care about the people they interview more.
