    Pros

Pay and benefits were pretty good for the area. On the surface, the company culture is pretty good.

    Cons

There is a definite lack of good communication between managers and employees, and between departments. Training for new employees is terrible. Initiative is not rewarded, only doing exactly what you are told (if you are lucky enough to be told and in a direct, clear manner).

    Advice to Management

New hires should be given an overview of what each department is about, how they work together, etc. Recognize that just because someone is a good employee does not make them good at training others.
